4011: Controller cannot be switched off: Movement active

Description:
Response error using 'switch off controller' command if a movement is active.

Reaction:
The command is not executed.
This does not interrupt the active movement.

Cause/Remedy:
The command was written too soon after a movement stop.
Request (delay step) for 'move complete' state is missing.
